A1. Unlike most companies we do not charge any fees at all. You pay nothing at all.

A2. Again there is nothing for you to pay. We provide these free of charge.

Q3. How long does it take to receive an offer?
A3. On receipt of your enquiry we aim to arrange a cash offer within 24 hours

Q4. Will I need a Home Information Pack?
A4. No, because you are classed as selling your house privately and not to the open public. This also will save you time and money.

Q5. Will I need a solicitor?
A5. Yes, as with any property sale both parties will need to appoint a solicitor. We will provide and pay for a specialist fast conveyancer to ensure we complete within 28 days.

Q6. How much rent will I pay?
A6. Our aim is to keep tenants as long as possible so we try to keep rental payments as low as possible for you. These are usually lower than the same type of properties in your area and we aim to fix the rental figure long term. The maximum you will pay is no more than the same type of properties in your area.

Q7. Do you offer a rent free period?
A7. In some cases we can provide a rent free period, this is usually at the begining of the tenancy agreement. A rent free period can range from 1-6 months. This can usually help a great deal if you have been under financial difficulty.

Q8. How long can I rent back for?
A8. We value long term tenants highly and our aim is for you to rent back for as long as you wish, the longer the better as we like to build a long lasting relashionship with all of our tenants.

Q9. Will anybody know about the sale?
A9. No, we carry out all discussions with you in strict confidence. We do not erect "For Sale" or "Sold" boards. No one will know about the sale.

Q10. Which areas do you cover?
A10. We buy properties all over the UK, the majority being places like Peterborough, Spalding, Bourne, Boston, Lincoln, Stamford, Holbeach, Wisbech, Kings Lynn, Downham Market, Sleaford, Market Deeping.

Q11. Who takes care of the property?
A11. We will be responsible for the maintenance on the property for which we will carry out repairs as soon as they are reported, plus every 12 months we will send a corgi engineer to carry out a gas service on the boiler, cooker and fire. We even modernise some properties straight away with new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating etc.

Q12. Who pays for the buildings insurance?
A12. Peterborough Property Buyers will pay for the buildings insurance. You will just be responsible for the contents insurance.
