A1. Unlike some companies we do not charge any fees at all. You pay nothing.

A2. Again there is nothing for you to pay. We provide these free of charge.

A4. No, because we will be buying your property direct from you and on a private basis a HIP's pack is not required saving you time and money.

Q5. Will I need a solicitor?
A5. Yes, as with any property sale both parties will need to appoint a solicitor. You can provide your own or we can recommend a specialist fast conveyancer to help speed matters up. Remember Peterborough Property Buyers will pay your legal fees (up to £1000) on completion.

Q6. How much rent will I pay?
A6. Our aim is to keep tenants as long as possible so we try to keep rental payments as low as possible for you, usually less than the same type of properties in your area. The maximum you will pay is no more than the same type of properties in your area.

Q7. Do you offer a rent free period?
A7. Yes, In most cases we can provide a rent free period, this is usually at the begining of the tenancy agreement. A rent free period can range from 1-6 months.

Q8. How long can I rent back for?
A8. We value long term tenants and our aim is for you to rent back for as long as you wish. We can also offer the option of buying back your property for a pre-agreed price at a specific point in the future.

Q9. Will anybody know about the sale?
A9. No, we carry out all discussions with you in strict confidence. We do not erect "For Sale" or "Sold" boards.

Q11. Who takes care of the property?
A11. We will be responsible for the maintenance on the property for which we will carry out repairs as soon as they are reported, plus every 12 months we will send a corgi engineer to carry out a gas service on the boiler, cooker and fire. We even modernise some properties straight away with new kitchens, bathrooms, central heating etc.

A12. Peterborough Property Buyers will pay for the buildings insurance. You will just be responsible for the contents insurance.
